Texas Sheet Cake

2 sticks margarine
1c. water
4T. cocoa
2c. sugar
2c. flour
1&1/2t. salt
2 eggs
1t. baking soda
1/2c. sour cream

In large saucepan, bring to a boil the margarine, water, and cocoa stirring frequently.  Let cool.  Then stir in the sugar, flour, and salt.  Then blend in the eggs, baking soda, and sour cream until smooth.  Spread in greased 11&1/2 x 17-inch cookie sheet.  Bake at 400℉ for 20 min.  or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.  Frost cake as soon as it is taken out of the oven.  Frosting recipe below:

1 stick margarine
4T. cocoa
2-6T. milk
1T. vanilla
1 lb. box powdered sugar

In saucepan, bring to a boil the margarine, cocoa, and milk stirring constantly.  Remove from heat and add the vanilla and powdered sugar and mix well.
