1 lb. ground beef
salt and pepper
1/2 lb. cooked green beans or 1 can (2&1/2c.) drained green beans
10&1/2 oz. can tomato soup
5 medium cooked potatoes
1/2c. milk (optional)
1/2-1c. shredded cheese
In large saucepan, brown ground beef and onion together using medium-high heat. Drain fat. Add some salt and pepper. Stir in tomato soup and green beans. Pour into 2-qt. casserole dish. Mash the potatoes--may add the milk to the potatoes. Spread over meat mixture. Top with cheese. Bake at 350℉ for 35 min. or until peaks are browned.
