Wonderful Icing

3T. cocoa (if making chocolate icing)
1 cube butter
1-1&1/2 boxes powdered sugar (16 oz. box)
1/2t. vanilla
evaporated milk

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter.  Mix in the cocoa and vanilla.  Stir in powdered sugar and evaporated milk adjusting both the sugar and the milk to make the quantity (amount) at the consistency (thickness) desired.
