Stuffing/Dressing

4 carrots, shredded
2 onions, cut fine
2 cubes butter
1c. celery, cut fine
2 loaves bread
2-3 eggs
salt, pepper, and sage to taste

In a saucepan, steam the carrots, onions, butter, and celery for 15-20 min.  Meanwhile, crumb the 2 loaves of bread in a large bowl.  To the bread, add sage, salt, and pepper to taste.  Beat the eggs well and mix with the bread.  Stir the cooled vegetables into the bread.  Stuff into the turkey and bake according to directions for the turkey.
