Lemon Bars

2c. flour
1/2c. powdered sugar
1c. margarine
4 eggs
2c. sugar
1/2t. salt
4T. flour
4T. lemon juice
1t. baking powder
extra powdered sugar

Create the crust by blending together the margarine, 2c. flour, and 1/2c. powdered sugar.  Press into a 9x13-inch pan.  Bake at 350℉ for 20 min.  Meanwhile, beat together the eggs and sugar.  Then stir in the salt, 4T. flour, lemon juice, and baking powder.  After mixing well, spread this mixture over the crust.  Bake at 350℉ for 20-25 min.  Don't over bake.  Sprinkle with extra powdered sugar while hot.
