1/4c. truvia baking blend
1/2c. almond flour
3T. cocoa
1/8t. baking powder
1/4t. salt
2T. coconut oil
1 egg
2T. half-and-half
whipped cream for topping
Mix together the egg and truvia. Stir in cocoa, baking powder, salt, coconut oil, half-and-half, and flour. Put 1/4 of the batter in a coffee mug. Microwave 1 min. Top with whipped cream.
