1c. milk
1&1/2T. flour
2T. butter
1/4t. salt
1c. grated cheese
1/2c. buttered bread crumbs
Cook macaroni in boiling water. Make a white sauce with the milk, flour, butter, and salt. (For more information on making a white sauce, see the white sauce recipe under the Sauces/Frosting label.) Place drained & cooked macaroni in a greased casserole dish. Spread the white sauce and cheese over the macaroni. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top. Cover with foil and bake at 375℉ for 20 min.
